Pooling order was approved in March for the West 1/2 by Triad in some sections.

Pooling order was extended in May for Newfield targting the Woodford and Hunton. I think they have another 60 days to start drilling. You might find a pad on site now. I don't see a permit issued yet.

It's been a while since I've been on this forum. Is my lease in the same area as Mike Ford's is?

I sure hope not because I don't want to be bound by the idiotic terms that I stupidly agreed to...LOL

If I've figured out anything it's this: I know that my lease extension expires later this year and I damned sure won't be agreeing to what I agreed to in the past.

Triad just offered me $1,000 an acre to buy me out - purchase my mineral rights.

This is for the land description of:

W/2, SE/4, Section 9, T1N, R2W

I might sell but not for that offer.
