Does anyone know anything about Montex Oil and Gas out of Great Falls, Montana?
I'm pretty certain that T03N-R19ECM is Texas County, OK. To that end, there are several wells that have been drilled to test the Chester and Morrow formations (historically) and there are current leases taken with what I believe are for the Marmaton.
We are in sec 31-36 Lobo is drilling 2 straight holes

They just filed a pooling on section 18 for a horizontal and were ordered to offer $750 for 1/4th. They are filing the paper work for wells west of you .
There is a group out of Montana that appears to be sending offers to lease from what I believe is the assessor's report. Said acreage may or may not be open for lease?

States here that this company(Montex Oil and Gas) has failed to pay their taxes in the State of Delaware for the past two years and Governor Boggs of the State of Delaware is repealing their Charter for the State.
If they won't pay their taxes how do you know they will pay you royalty payments??? Just a thought...
