Does anyone have any info on what prices are going for in these sections?

You have horizontal wells.

Section 9 Charter Oak Tut 1-9-16-21XH,

Section 10 Charter Oak Sharp 5N 1W 10 1HX

Section 29 Charter Oak New well , Mojave 1-20-29XH Approved 9/18/23

Each of those sections has room for more infill wells. What you are likely to be offered is much less than their potential capacity. (In my opinion.) If you need to sell, then ask for more than what a first offer might be. Otherwise, just sit back and wait.

After you get an offer look for anyone with an working interest in those wells, they may offer a higher price? You could also contact anyone with a royalty interest. You may then get a few parties will to bid it up.
