You can advertise them in the "Listings" section at the bottom of the Home page on this site.
I will do a "friend request", and can privately provide some other choices.
thanks, ed

I have received a number of letters over the past couple of years from parties interested in purchasing mineral rights in Dewey County. Once you are registered on the forum, they seem to find us pretty easily.
Anyone know of any drilling in 15 16N 13W Dewey?? I am also interested in selling some
of my royalty. I was paid $32,000/a for part last year. I leased it in 2010 for $1000. My lease is
up in April 2013. (1/5)
Trying to figure out what to do.
All advice, and information appreciated.
ed Where are your minerals ?
15 16N 13W Dewey Co
Sold some last yr $3200/acre............
Was it leased when you sold it ? My map has 13w in Blaine Co.
yes, lease expires April 2013
I leased it prior, and got $1000/acre, with a 10,200 depth clause (1/5)
You, are absolutely correct Blaine co........my mistake
Thanks, for your attention

They are drilling wells under sections 33 & 34-17n-13w from section 4-16n-13w and are drilling a multi-unit under section 4 & 9. I found completions reports on 4 wells . The average would pay $2,167 a year at 1/5th,the best $3,434 a year, the worst about $500,at the test results, it well probably be produce at less then that. Keep in mind that is one well. Some sections have 7 or more wells in some places. There are several sections in Dewey that already have more then one well that I know of. 17 has a good well and 9 is next to you.

Thanks Ron.............wondering if they have drilled any dry holes??? At one point 2/3 years ago this
section was on Devon's drilling program. 15 16N 13W Blaine Co
Thanks again

I am also trying to get information on leasing options for my parents. They have not had one person contat them regarding their lease coming up this month....Any ideas to help them? Sec. 12-T19N-R15W May contact me via email or response to this with any and all information. Thank you
Candy, Looks a bit like goat pasture currently. A few old wells have been drilled around you but, nothing productive. Is there rock on the property?
Maybe a grass &/or hunting lease would work, if they own the land?
No rocks..sandy underneath us. Cleared land with minimal trees. The wells that have been drilled are producing close to 100 barrels of oil a day with "wet" gas. Not sure what to think though. Land is owned and will not be sold. My parents are only looking to lease minerals.
