Looking for insight on selling clay mineral rights
You might get better answers if you post your state, county and an area. Your question is too general. This forum is mainly for oil and gas, so not sure if anyone can help.
Castle rock, Douglas county, CO
Kwlaneltd,
There are a lot of minerals that hold value once they are produced but aren’t typically valuable while in the ground. A good example is limestone. Limestone is used in a lot of commercial applications but because it is so prevalent, the value in situ is very limited unless there is a specific market and mine plan.
Has someone told you that there is a market for clay in your area? Has someone approached you about selling your clay? With some more information, we could maybe help further.
