Hello there, does anyone know the process on how to sell half of my mineral rights to my partner/spouse?
It depends on several factors. Which state are the mineral rights located in? Is it your intent to each own 50% as separate property or do you want to own the interest as community property?

How do you own them? There could be limitations on your ability to sell them.
It could be as simple as a one page quit claim deed filed with the county, or it could be already owned 50/50 depending on how they are owned and managed.
They were left to me by my father. My siblings sold there’s 2 years ago.
You just need a deed prepared selling him half of your interest. Should be easy process.
It’s not as easy as just selling half of your interest in a deed.
If its a spouse, you will need to add language to the document that you’re conveying the mineral interest to Grantee as their separate property.
