You have to give the complete address with Township and Range. There are many sections 17, 20 and 21 in Blaine.

Your lease is further south. Homestead is 4 west and 2 north of Okeene. I have minerals near Homestead. They are not worth much.
Watonga area is a hot spot.

Richard, there is some horizontal drilling moving into your area. Marathon drilled the McPhearson well in 2014 in section 11. Pretty good well by the completion report. There might be a well permitted in section 8 just north of your 17. 21 had a lot of leasing in 2013 and 2014 by Marathon, so something may be cooking there. Unless you are really needing the cash, you might want to hold off a bit and see what develops (or just sell part and keep part). When prices go up in a year or so, it might get more interesting. Hard to tell you what to expect. Whatever you are offered is usually too low compared to actual value (based on my experience).
