Selling water on Section 22&27 township 14 North

CR is doing the dirt work on a pending well. I believe they are going to use water from us. I am unsure how this works. I have heard $75-80/day for 30-60 days but someone also told me to sell it by the barrel for 20 cents a barrel. What do you folks typically do? Any information would be helpful

My deceased Mother owns mineral rights in this area, Sec 22 and 27 of 14N-16W. Is water considered mineral? Going thru probate now. Should she be paid for this water as well?

Water is not a mineral and is owned by the surface owner.
