Received offer to purchase mineral rights 7N 7E (20 acres) from Wake Energy in Edmond. Anyone know this company ?
I've received several offers from them. The price per acre was not that much lower that what I could lease for, so I opted to keep my minerals. If you're considering selling, why not get more bids?
