Yes, I am getting it. Bankruptcy hearings have a schedule. Nothing we can do but just wait and see how it shakes out. If you are a royalty owner, usually don’t have to do anything. If a working interest owner, then that can be different. There are several good posts over in the BLOGS area about Bankruptcy situations.
