Hi just wondreing if anyone here is or had dealings with Alta Mesa Services, LP from Houston, TX. If so how long did they take to send out signing bonuses ? Thank You.
I haven't dealt with that particular firm but PetroEdge took every bit of the 90 days from the contract. I think I received it on day 89. It will say in your contract the maximum time they have to get it to you. I wouldn't count on it any sooner than that. If it takes longer than the maximum time then you may have grounds to void the contract. By then you will probably be contacted by another firm offering more and wanting the details of your lease.

Linda, if you don't mind sharing, it would be helpful for those of us who negotiate leases regularly to know what the bonus and royalty were. If you don't want to share, that's fine, too.
Sorry having trouble finding the right window to answer in. We got or will get $2500.00 per acer for bonus they have 120 days to pay it , and 15.625% royalties .
