Anyone had problems with slow paying drilling operators? AC Exploration out of Houston, Tx is a real problem currently, even after completion of probate, they owe us over $50,000.00 on the Gaines #1 well. All I get is one excuse after another. Any help would be appreciated.

I get a check on the Gaines #1 every month, usually the third week.
I am glad for you. I went through nine months of probate and was granted heir rights on October 3rd by judge Benson in Tillman County. Since that time I have told I would be paid around November 1st, the they said no I had to wait until they completed Gaines #2. Then two weeks ago they said the check would be issued November 15th. Still waiting and today is November 25th. What excuse will they come up with now.
They also owe Kiowa Energy/Jim Watkins as well. AC Exploration is not to be trusted in my opinion.

Problem resolved today with a check from AC Exploration. It covered the time frame from 1/13 thru 10/13 on the Gaines #1.
