Anyone been approached by UKA solar company for waiver of surface rights? They want to develop a big solar farm in Grayson County. We have an Oklahoma attorney but wondering if anyone has any experience with UKA or an attorney in TX that works with solar? Thank you in advance.
You need to find a Texas solar lawyer. The laws are different in Texas and you really need to protect both yourself and the mineral owners. You can try the Texas Bar Association website and look for solar expertise.
