That seems like a really good offer on the bonus. I would ask for a 3/16th lease. How many acres do you own?
I always go for at least 3 1/6 that was just one of the options… read the lease a bit more and no way I’ll sign without some revisions, clauses, etc.
I agree, I did not sign the lease but now am being pooled but options are good.
