I have a 1/2 section NW of Hudson that is not leased. I have two companies that are preparing offers, and I am just curious if anyone else has leased in this area & what lease rate did they recieve.

Have you gained any knowledge here? I have received an offer that seems extremely low, but I have no frame of reference for this area. Also have no way to evaluate the company making the offer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
