Anything going on with Stampede 1H and 2H in Tyler County?
Welcome to the forum. It is more helpful if you give the block abstract and section and if these are old wells or new wells. Operator is also useful.
So, here’s something interesting about West Virginia. We don’t have abstracts or abstract companies, and we don’t use the section system (I can’t even remember what it’s called now, and my first title jobs were in Oklahoma where it’s used).
So, to figure out where the Stampede 1H and 2H are, and anything that might be going on with them, we have to either dig into the county records (which, thankfully, are online)(do a search for Tyler IDX) or the Office of Oil and Gas’ online data. The quickest way, though is to call the Office of Oil and Gas (304-926-0440) and see if they can provide information on those wells. I’ll usually spend a little time trying to find the info online because the poor OOG employees are overworked and have been for a long time due to staffing issues.
Equitable Oil Company has the lease we signed in 2018

Yes. They have been producing for a couple of years now. I get royalties from them on stampede, mammoth, and avalanche. Antero has it.
