Recieved a notice of Application for Stationary commercial fluid recycling facility permit for section 7 block 51 township 8 A5578 in Reeves county. Is there perhaps something going on in that area that I may want to find out about? The notice came from Bill G Spencer Consulting. Oil and Gas consultants.out of Cedar Park Texas.Could someone please explain this in layman terms Thanks for any help on this.
