Hello In November 2000 I signed a 3 year lease through Dudley Land Corp (secton 16-35-12E) southwest quarter Atoka OK How do I find out what the status is? I have left a message with Dudley Land Company but they have not replied. Thank you for your help
Check your description as it does not match Atoka County. Do you mean section 16 or section 35? What is the Township? Atoka only goes from 2N to 4S. If you leased in 2000 and never received a division order for a successful well, it has probably expired.

Is the “35” perhaps 3 South? That might make more sense. The “S” can look like a “5”. I checked that section and there are no wells, so no royalties.
