I can see they just had a hearing on 5-28 but I don’t know what it means. Any help greatly appreciated!
What is the case number for the hearing?
2021-001413-6 I believe. Was on ECF and can see the docket but Not sure what it means
Then I also find 2023-002078/29/80
I heard, from hutch, that they are producing and DOs should be out by September

2023-002078 order 736613 for 8/17/20-2N-4W Interim order Springer setting planned splits by section. Poteet 11-8-17-20XHS API 35-137-27729. The order will be posted soon, but was probably to post the final splits.
023-002080 order 736731 for Inc Density sec 8 for 8/17/20-2N-4W for the two wells.
Poteet 12-8-17-20XHS is API 35-137-27718.
OK Tax site not listing them yet.
But Frac Focus has the first one. Poteet 11-8-17-20XHS Frac April 17, 2024. That would put the DO about mid Sept and royalties in October.
Frac Focus does not have the second one, but shouldn’t be too far behind.
Was so glad to see this for all our friends that have royalty in the Poteets! I was pretty sure some of those rigs I saw down that way were the new Poteets but they were so far down rough roads and hid behind trees I couldn’t figure out how to get to them to check them out. I was also glad to hear from Gary and to hear that Hutch was still around and on top of things! He needs to check in with his old friends more often! big_smile:

Thanks for all the kind words in response to my Cousin Gary Ridley’s posts about the new Poteet wells. The OK tax comm. shows a small amout of gas production in April and some decent amounts of oil and gas in May for the Poteet 11&12. Looking forward to seeing June production soon. So far OCC has not posted completion reports. CLR says DOs by end of Sept.
