This is my first post and I am new to this forum. I have a small (10 acre) royalty that I leased August of 2011 in 12-1S-5W. I am not in the "oil business" and have no knowledge/or information about what is going on in that area.

I don't see any posts concerning around that specific area and would appreciate any information anyone has to contribute.

These days, 10 acres is not really small anymore. Rights get divided several times with each generation.

We have rights pretty close to you. Interest is picking up in the area, bonuses are getting higher with the interest. Unless oil continues to fall, we should some more activity with the next year.
