At the website link I gave below the “Horizonal Well Animation” is the best.
Kenneth, isn’t that $318mm for N.W. Cana, the Joint Venture wells?
Linda, I think you are right. I was just referring to the joint venture CR is doing with a S.Korean company up in Blaine county.
I dunno Michael, just an inference from the pie charts. I do know that CR has been continuing its leasing efforts in 15 1N6W ahead of its forthcoming pooling (according to the land lady at Bearcat with whom I spoke last week), and some of the graphics from its past quarterly reports show that township lies within the condensate window. I should probably just go back to lurking.
Any news on Section 29 2s 4w? or Section 13 3s 4 w? Thanks and Merry Christmas everyone!
CR has drilled the Connell 1-13-12XH and is flaring gas after completing frac. They are still drilling the Gentry 1-11-2XH. Both wells are in 03S04W.

Very interesting article—especially about the SCOOP
Nice article Linda, thank you.
Those pie charts indicate a 66% reduction of Capex in the Bakken and only a 4% reduction in the Scoop, with leasehold expenditures actually INCREASING by almost 6%. It seems we could be seeing some pretty concentrated development in the “condensate window”. Great news for some of us!
Is the N.W. Cana the “condensate window”? I thought that was us south Cana Woodford SCOOP people.
Nice to see you’re still out there, M. Barnes. Haven’t heard anything from you in a long time. Hope you had a Merry Christmas!
Hi John…What is that section, township and range again? You said “Both wells are in …???” Is it 3s 4w?
I received a division order from Continental for Ely 1 25-36XH yesterday. Looks like it will save me from filing in on my taxes for 2014.
Kenneth don’t do that, your input is appreciated.
Aw shucks
Anyone know anything about the Wilkins #1-29H well?
Linda, both CR wells are in 3S4W in SE corner of Stephens County. You can drive right up to the Gentry well. It is half mile south of hwy 53 and 1 mile east of hwy 89 (Pinto Rd). Connell well is on large, private tract behind locked gate.
Oh my gosh. Thanks for info. I am the Connell!!! PLEASE keep me posted if anyone sees anything else. I will also communicate with “The Group”
Val Connell Carter
NW Cana is mostly in the gas window, although is does have some minor condensate.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
For some reason, I stopped getting notices from Stephens so checked out the forum site. Missed you guys and gals. Today it worked again. Go figure…. Anyway, blessings to all!
Vicki, if they are well hedged does that mean we will get a better price when they start selling on the Hays later next year? Or does that effect what we get?
