$7.5o payment and $100.00 signing bonus.
Is this an acceptable agreement or are people getting more?

What's the $7.50 payment for?
Consider the future value of the land your giving up. The value may be considerable.
Determine the cost of the pipeline going through you and get your share of the ROW/damage/acquisition costs. Say 30% is in their budget for that.
Look at future resale value. Will the buyer want it if an easement is present?
Consider if structures are placed on the property such as a check valve, gates, fences.
Shoot high or make them go around. Their not federal so they can’t do eminent domain.
For $107.5, I’d pass. Ask for $500/LF or walkaway.
