A friend has an offer from Suede oil for mineral interest in Martin County.

Has anyone dealt with Suede Oil? Were you able to close the deal?

Hi Brandi,

I only see 5 mineral deeds recorded in Martin County (none in 2019) with Suede as the grantee. There are 4 in Howard County. Not necessarily a bad thing but finding one of those people on here is probably a pretty slim chance. Maybe you can look for a BBB profile?

They are in a very good neighborhood if they own in Martin county. I know of probably 30 mineral buying groups that are very interested in Martin county. Let me know if they want additional offers or if the deal falls through.
