Surge - Issue / Contact

I have dealt with a handful of operators on ownership transfers, and most the time I never have a problem. Questions are normally responded to, and communication may be slow, but it does happen within a reasonable amount of time. .

I have been dealing with Surge DO on a transfer - at first we were told to allow 60 day transfer times, but this ended up going near double that. This was fine, I understand things can get backed up. The lack of communication is horrible though. I am still in the process of this transfer (it is a simple transfer), and anytime I have a question, or request an update, it takes several weeks to even get a response - if lucky.

It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone with Surge, even after leaving voicemails. The generic ownerrelations email is all I have - and it’s extremely frustrating.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with this operator?

If you will send them a certified letter, w/return receipt, you will most likely get an answer.
