I’ve was pooled March 2019 in Creek County NW/4 NE/4 OF S32, T19N, R7E, (40-acre drilling and spacing units). I took the bonus of $100 for the 1 acre and the 1/8th royalty. This was back in March 2019. I have yet to receive the $100.00 for the acre nor any 1/8th royalty. Anyone else not getting paid by Terrain Energy LLC? How do I go about obtaining the money they owe?
Send a certified letter return receipt to Terrain Energy demanding payment for the pooling bonus Be sure and include the case number and the pooing order. Double check from your paperwork, but it looks like 201810647 Order 691794. You will not receive royalties unless a well is drilled in your spacing unit. No well has been drilled in that spacing since the pooling
