We just received a lease offer from Hoover Stacy on Township 49 Range 68 saying that they have recently leased for $50/acre at a 5/5 for 15% after our counter. That is horrible.
Yes, we received a lease from Hoover & Stacey. It was extremely low. Worse than my aunt got in 1985. We countered and they didn’t accept. Sent us a higher 2nd lease, but not as much as we wanted for such a long term lease. Disappointing to say the least.
