I would love some feedback on an offer our family has received from The Mineral Resources Company II, LLC.

We are located at section 1-14N-13W and have been offered $6,000 per net mineral acre.

Our royalties have been very thin lately and with covid and anti-fracking are trying to make wise choices with our property and money.

Continental has a pending well in that section. I have some acreage in Blaine and my offers recently have been right before the cases are posted for increased drilling.

I’ve had a handful of clients who have sold their interest to The Mineral Resources company. all good experiences. No problems, etc. I can’t speak as to the value of your minerals, but in my clients’ sections Mineral Resources Company was paying top dollar compared to others.
