Probably not if it is just your edge of property. If you are not included in the surface pad location, then no notice. They generally stay a certain number of feet away from a house, barn, etc. If you are concerned, contact the operator.
They moved the stake once further away. Then surveyed again. I’m ok with thier hunt for oil. It will probably be ok. When you have a mouthful of Frac (resperable silica) dust it’s too late
