Has anyone heard of Titan Exploration, LLC. Are they reputable? What are the current bonus and royalty rate offers in Converse County these days? We have an initial bonus offer of $1500 per net mineral acre and a royalty rate of 18.75. Any information would be helpful.

I have never heard of Titan in Converse County, but did some checking. So far they have filed one lease on some of the Moore Mineral Trust earlier this year. the lease covered 2,200+ gross acres and was situated in T&Rs 40-75, 40-76, 42-74 & 41-75. Since it was a Memo, there was no royalty mentioned, but it did allow for an extension to be purchased.
I would assume this Titan group to be speculators, but that is just an assumption.
What Townships & Ranges are your minerals in?
