Hi there. Glad to join the forum. My sister and I have received a couple of mineral rights lease

offers recently on the farm our grandma lived on for more than half a century--the higher

one at $300/acre, 3/16ths , for three years on 10 acres. Would like to hear from

others who've received offers in the Crescent area. Hope our grandkids will some day benefit

from all of this drilling activity.

We have been seeing $450 an acre at 3/16th. Also another company coming in at about $600 to $650 near the Crescent area.
