Has anyone heard about offers to purchase in 3N8W? I have minerals in Sections 21,10,3,9,24,and 20. With some of the offers I have seen in surrounding townships, I have been tempted to sell but didn’t know how badly my distance from the main area would hurt me.
Any info would be appreciated.
There has not been any OCC applications in that entire township other than some insignificant activity in sections 1 and 2. Nothing to be excited about.
I only see one sales comp in the township this year that I can calculate and it was $850 per NMA. I don’t know at what distance you are looking. If you a hoping for $15-30K an acre that is being offered 15-20 miles away, I’m afraid you will be disappointed.
