Trek Resources Sold our lease

In August of 2023, Trek Resources sold the lease we had with them since 2012. We had zero notification and have had zero communication with the new Company, GT Holding, out of Utah. I went to Kay County Oklahoma court records and see that in November, they paid off several liens to the company I believe were transporting for Trek, and then paid 300000.00 to a local company for what I do not know, then sold these leases again to Ignis Energy LLC, which has the same phone number for GT. No one answers this phone. 801-946-9881. No Royalties since Aug. 2023 and these well are showing active on our Oklahoma Corporation and Oklahoma tax , State web pages.

I don’t know what to do with this information, or who to turn to. Anyone? c

They are not obliged to give you any information. If you give the section, township and range and the names of the wells, we can tell you if there is still production. Wells can be “active” but not plugged and abandoned yet.
