It looks like Trex Oil is buying some leases in Daniles County, approximately 6100 acres, most likely Apache leases.
Thanks for the update.
When I looked at the filings on this, there was a name used as Black Hills Resources LLC a Texas Limited Liability Company as the owner of the leases and proposed seller to T-Rex Oil. They had the various individual leases on the filing, but the data was unreadable. I thought this to be reasonable for confidentiality reason.
A couple of other points I read in the filing. It’s 16,100 net acres, not 6,100. Two years left on leases and then a right to renew (it says $50 an acre to renew). Not trying to stick my nose in someone else’s business, but it was filed on a Sec filing. It also lists the private family corps names behind the sale.
Edit: Scott when I reread your other post you posted 16,100 not 6,100 as is in this post. Must have been a typo on this one.
It must not be Apache because our lease was around $650.00 per acre to renew.
The Trex purchase did not happen. Current oil industry prices was the reason I was given.
