It has been at least four months since I have submitted and received acknowledgement of a request for direct deposit of my royalty checks from Trinity Operating. The company always cuts the check on the last day of the month, mails at least a day later and I generally receive it 4-5 days thereafter. I have complained multiple times about the delay in getting direct deposit and invariable get excuses about internal processing requests. I am beginning to think this merely an excuse to get an interest free loan for about a week. Do I have any recourse for complaint?
