TX-ND Gathering Line Maps and Contracts

Hello Forum! I have two sets of questions regarding natural gas gathering lines:

  1. I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find comprehensive NG gathering line maps? For Texas and North Dakota, I am looking for maps I can download that contain data on the location, pipeline operator/ID, capacity, well/lease connections, and active dates for each gathering line.

  2. I am curious whether NG gathering line contracts/agreements between E&P firms and pipeline operators are publicly recorded (similar to lease records)? Haven’t had much luck finding them in recent searches, but I’m Interested in learning about payment structures and contract length in such agreements between these two parties.
