I recently took over land in which is in Tyler county wv. Offered $2800 per net acre the lot size 0.59 acres. How would I calculate my payments and/ or royalties?

You need to clarify if you have a sales offer or a lease offer. BIG difference!
Is somebody trying to buy your mineral rights or take a lease on them? Like M_Barnes said, there’s a big difference. I might lease for $2800/acre (if I couldn’t get them up a little), but I certainly wouldn’t sell for that.
