They are a buyer and seller of mineral interests, at a profit. Most likely you have received other offers if you are on their list. Are you currently leased? Which survey are your minerals located? Some parts of Grimes are being actively developed.

I didn't ask how many mineral acres you own, but I still agree with most on this board who say never sell your minerals. There are several permits in the process for the McMahan survey from CML (links below). I have no opinion I can share on Universal. They are one of many that buy minerals at a profit. I would suggest you review your area for the possible inclusion in these wells before considering any offer.

CML is a beast, I would love to have them be my driller in that area. They are hitting on all cylinders. Just FYI Yates interest here that San Saba offered right at 10k an acre for my RI. Rec others for maybe 1-2k an acre. but as with everything got to see if its a real offer. CML has pulled several permits last few months-
