I own 6% of an undivided interest of the minerals on a 67.07 Tract of property in South Texas. Which translates to 4.02 NMA. I own 6.71 Undivided interest in the surface.

I was offered $8,200 per NMA to sell the rights to the Uranium only. They are going to mine it.

I’ve tried to research, but there is nothing out there to tell me what’s fair and not fair.

What would you do? TIA.

Also worth noting, this was mined by US Steel earlier in the 70’s or 80’s.

The bore holes were completed several years ago by a now dissolved company.
