Did you ever receive a response to your question? My family also owns non-producing rights in Jackson county which we want to sell. I could not figure out how to send a personal message but we did receive an offer about 5 years ago which we didn’t accept.
Can’t provide numbers but Sandridge divested its asset to the Fulcrum Energy group (Portfolio - Fulcrum Energy Capital Funds), operated by D90 (About Us). There is also a group that has bought minerals before per the public records:
