Could anyone give me an idea of the value of mineral rights in Lagan County, 80 acres, SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 15 North Range 2? Considering selling or leasing???
Right now I wouldn’t think of selling as oil is down and you will take a big loss. The last report I saw was at a farm sale and the minerals sold for $325 A. Once oil goes up, you should be able to get more than that for a lease.
That’s what I thought. Thank you. Haven’t decided what to do yet: lease it or sell it when the prices go up.
