Could anyone give me an idea of the value of mineral right in Lagan County 80 acres SW1/4 of section 32 Township 15N Range 2… Considering selling or Leasing???
Right now I wouldn’t think of selling as oil is down and you will take a big lose. The last report I saw was at a farm salel and the minerals sold for $325 A. Once oil goes up, you should be able to get more than that for a lease.
