You have a very small overriding royalty interest in a lease so doubtful there is much revenue in suspense. However anything is possible in the oil & gas business.
If your mineral interests are in Texas and unless the Agency has changed its ways of reporting since I worked there in the 90’s, it’s possible that additional amounts, no matter how small, may be being held in the Comptroller’s Unclaimed Property Division. In the day, if a person found their name in the publication or on-line, the amount shown would not necessarily be all of the funds being held and a person would not know such until they received a claim form.
