One well here. Production outputincreased by 3x in April. Any ideas on why this might have happened? Any new activity planned there?

Perhaps they did some sort of workover on the wellbore to further optimize production. Not really sure, but there weren’t any new wells drilled or anything like that - still just the one.

any ideas why this particular area has only one well-others around seem to have multiples> Could added pipelines cancelled usability of land for drilling any more wells. Land is 100% pooled… Thanks for any ideas. Maybe good to sell at current offers of $26k per acre?
