I read on July 2, 2012, on the dmr.nd.gov daioly activity log that all wells etc. listed under Ward Williston has changed over to ENDURO OPERATING, LLC. Does anyone know anything about this company other than they are a big company in TX? I tried finding their web site but was unsuccessful.

Don't know if Ward Williston did a merger or sold out. Any info on Enduro Operating, LLC will be appreciated. Oh yea, anything new in Renville CO.?

Here is a link to an article from August 2011 that indicated that Ward Williston sold some part of their ND holdings. It doesn't mention Enduro Operating. Not sure if the article is related to the transfer activity you noted.
