I am new to the forum and am helping some relatives try to sell their water in Christine, TX. They have a working well with industrial pumping rights and a working pump. They are allowed to pump 39 million gallons/year and they also have a lake with roughly 39 million gallons that is also for sale. They are wondering what a reasonable price per barrel would be? They have received an offer of .20/barrel but we thought that seemed low. Any help from someone who recently sold their water in the area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Yes let me know also im dealing with oxy and now burnett on selling water we can pump 138 million out and there are several wells in the area now. we have some neighbors up by poth that are selling for around the .32 a barrel is what i heard but not for sure but .20 is to low
What ever came of you water? I am in Walker County and have been offered 25 cents a barrell after they recoup the cost of drilling the water well. Thinking I will net zero.
