We have 1,110 acres on the Polk / Tyler County Line

We have 1,110 contiguous acres located in Polk and Tyler Counties and wonder if anything is going on in that area.

Do you know what survey names of where your acreage is located?

Unfortunately, I don’t see any producing wells in those surveys. There are a few old dry holes, likely pre-1990s. There are a few wells producing just south of there, so there could be some opportunity in the future if any operators decide to test that area. If I hear anything, I’ll let you know.
