Is there a way to register other than the QR code? It produces a registration form, but the data entry portion of the form is blank. Can’t tell what the fields are or where they are. I’m a NARO member.

Todd: Yup. I have been dealing with them. No problem understanding their procedure, just their demand to see who else has made direct deposits to my trust account. It is none of their darned business. No other lessee requires that information, even the ones using the same third party payor.
I would only give them the info needed to make an ACH transfer. They have no business knowing who else deposits (in my opinion). The reason they may have asked is that some trust banks do not allow direct deposits to trust accounts, so they might be trying to figure out if they would be allowed by that bank. The wires cost $15 in many banks, so they do not want to do it by wire. Read their deposit contract. Some of them allow them to go into your account and grab money back out if there is an incorrect deposit. I will not allow those companies to direct deposit unless I can strike that clause.
