Hello Everyone!

We have been approached by 2 companies wanting to lease my mineral rights in Section 7-10N-9W. What is going on in Caddo County? What are the going lease term rates, royalty rates, and any other information would be helpful.

It looks like land agents are leasing out ahead of a play in Canadian County NE of your acreage. (Canadian is only a mile North of you) More important than what you lease for is who you lease to. There are a couple of major players in the area that will be willing to be very competitive if you have the patience for it. Wait for the regulatory pooling actions to get a little closer and the terms will increase.
