Ovintive just filed two permits for horizontal wells that will end in section 5. Surface location is in 28-8N-4W. Another set of permits appears to be a set of four section(!) long horizontal wells that start in section 20 and go north into 5. These are by EOG. If you address is properly filed in the county courthouse with the recorder of deeds, then you should be getting any OCC court case packets that go with the wells.
