Got a letter today with lease options saying this company is proposing to drill in Sec 2 3N 4W, then have “bottom” in Sec 35 4N 4W. Calling it Nightingale 0304.

Planning the 1/5th option, as anything I’ve got interest in there is very small. Just curious if there was any scuttlebutt about the company, area or future wells.

I was expecting something, as I’d got a few letters from buyers the last 3-5 months.

You can either choose to lease or you can wait for pooling. There is a well going north and a well going south. RimRock has been around for a while. They have positioned the well to leave room for future drilling.
