A Utah company called WEM is interested in leasing a small interest I have in Duchesne County. What do you think of the company? Any experience would be helpful. Thank you.
Hello Jay, I have not heard of this company, but can only advise you to go slow, look into every detail, ask lots of questions, and realize the first offers (in my experience) are usually quite low. The landman (again-in my experience) may come across as your new best friend, but they are really there to get the best deal for the company.

Hello Jay, I have seen your name in title a lot so I know this is not your first rodeo. I have dealt with this group before. They are currently raising money as they have had some success already in the Uinta Basin. They are aggregating interests to eventually sell to a larger player, but so far they have done what they said they would. I would lease to them if the offer is right.
